Michelle

Registered Dental Hygienist

Michelle has been with Diminick Dentistry since 2004. She graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at ETSU in 2003. She has experience in general dentistry as well as pediatrics. She enjoys being able to help her patients improve their oral health and building a relationship with them. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and son. She is active in her church and loves helping with the youth group.

Pam

Registered Dental Hygienist

Pam graduated from ETSU as a Hygienist and joined Diminick Dentistry in 2020. She lives in Church Hill with her husband, Chris, and their Labradoodle, Connor. She has one son, Brent, and two step-sons, Brandon and Chris. She loves spending time with family and traveling.

Robin

Financial Coordinator

Robin joined our team in 2021 with 32 years of dental experience. She is our financial coordinator and enjoys helping patients with any financial questions they may have.  She is a Kingsport native and has 2 children and a grandson that is "the sunshine of her life.”

Hannah

Dental Hygienist

Hannah graduated from the Dental Hygiene program at ETSU and joined Diminick Dentistry in 2022.  She is excited to build relationships with her patients and help them improve their oral health. She enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, family and church along with being outdoors whenever possible.

Emily

Registered Dental Assistant

Emily received her dental assisting license from Ross Technical School in 2020.  She has been with Diminick Dentistry since 2022. Emily has worked in general dentistry as well as pediatric dentistry.  Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, their cockatiel "Quincy", parakeet “Pippin”, and their two guinea pigs “Patch” and “Jack”. She also enjoys gaming in her free time

Patti

Registered Dental Assistant

Patti joined our practice early 2023. She has been a registered dental assistant since 1991. She enjoys getting to know all of our patients and strives for excellence with their care. Patti and her husband, Tommy, live in Kingsport. They have a son, daughter, son-in-law, and 2 adorable granddaughters.

Paula

Receptionist

Paula has been in dentistry since 1987. She continued her career with Dr. Montgomery in 1992. She returned to work the front desk for Diminick Dentistry in March 2023. She enjoys hiking, waterfalls, and spending time with her grandbabies.
